  
 
The idea behind ClubFloyd is that each week at a pre-arranged time, a group of people meet online to cooperatively play a game of interactive fiction. Below is the first of two transcripts of the games in the The Hugo Open House Competition, written by various authors (the second session transcript can be found here). It should be noted that one of the games, Party Arty, Man of La Munchie by Jonathan Blask as "Roody Yogurt", is not found in this transcript, as it was also released as part of the The penultimate not numbered New Year's Speed IF, and ClubFloyd has already played it; that game's transcript can be found here. There was also a seventh game in this 'competition', Teleporter Test by Paul Robinson, that was added late, and ClubFloyd was unfortunately not aware of it when the Hugo Open House Competition sessions occurred.
