CF | It's been three and a half years.
CF | Three and a half years since you were kidnapped while camping out with
CF | your boyfriend and a couple of your other friends. Three and a half
CF | years since you were abducted by your own government, experimented on
CF | and turned over to the aliens, the Monians. Three and a half years now
CF | that they've used you as their own personal guinea pig, examining you,
CF | testing you, experimenting on you, and just generally treating you
CF | like a worthless piece of shit to be run through the next test with no
CF | further thought of you. | Knight_Otu says, "Oh."
Jacqueline says, "golly"
DavidW pushes the green 'space' button.
CF | further thought of you.
CF | And now, you've been called into the briefing rooom once more, for
CF | another experiment.

CF | | ||
CF | Briefing Room | ||
CF | A room with blank white walls, broken up only by the pane of glass
CF | behind which your "interviewer" sits. In front of the window is a
CF | table and chair for you to sit at.
CF | | ||
CF | There's also a pair of doors on either side of the room, though they
CF | are controlled remotely by the scientists.
CF | | ||
CF | A Monian scientist in a gray-orange coat sits behind the glass.
CF | | ||
CF | The scientist activates his microphone. "Alice, sit down in the
CF | chair," he commands.
CF | | ||
CF | His voice sounds strange and tinny as always, thanks to being filtered
CF | through some of translation software. Monians speak with a bizarre
CF | language of clicks, whistles, and hisses that is virtually impossible
CF | for humans to replicate just on a physiological level, and the same is
CF | true for Monians of human languages. So, they stick with the
CF | translator. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | Anyway, you should probably sit down in that chair.
CF | | ||
CF | > | Knight_Otu asks, "Is that a sequel to that one game we've played?"
keltena says, "Well, this seems like it's going to be a good time for us."
Knight_Otu asks, "The infinite riddle one?"
Knight_Otu says, "Blanking on the name..."
DavidW says, "Ectocomp does tend towards unpleasant topics."
DavidW says, "Perhaps someone should start up Sparklecomp for happier themes."
Lancelot says, "alein experiments oh gosh"
DavidW says (to ClubFloyd), "sit on chair"
CF ] Briefing Room | ||
CF | > | ||
CF | > SIT ON CHAIR | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "Of course, you were summoned here to participate in an experiment
CF | today, which will begin in due time," states the scientist. "However,
CF | I will be asking you a few questions first." This doesn't surprise
CF | you. They've asked you all kinds of questions since the day you
CF | arrived, geneerally about your habits in eating or working out or...
CF | sex... or whatever they felt like learning about that day.
CF | | ||
CF | "The first question, then," says the scientist, looking at the tablet
CF | in his hand. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "One of your philosophers, a man from Rome many years ago named Marcus
CF | Tullius Cicero wrote a work where he described the 'principle of
CF | selection': Of avoiding pleasures in a given moment to secure greater
CF | pleasures later, and of enduring momentary pains to avoid greater
CF | pains. The example he uses to illustrate this principle is that of one
CF | of his ancestors. His ancestor was a military commander during a great
CF | war, who had his own son executed for an unspecified offense. Cicero
CF | holds here that this was done to ensure discipline among his remaining
CF | men by showing how far he would go to maintain order among the
CF | soldiers. Cicero then holds that this act was both a demonstration of
CF | the principle of selection - that the commander endured the pain of
CF | having his son executed to avoid the greater pain of having his tribe
CF | destroyed. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | Do you agree that this was a noble act? >> | inventor grins and finds a spot in the corner.
keltena says, "...oh boy."
Lancelot says, "makes me wonder what consequences will be :D"
keltena asks, "Wonder what happens if we don't answer yes or no?"
Lancelot says, "we can try"
Knight_Otu says, "The Game That Never Ends - [LINK]"
Jacqueline says, "Eep. He may murder our boyfriend... if he's not already dead."
DavidW asks, "What, you guys want to try 'maybe'?"
Jacqueline says, "Guessing this is Y/N"
keltena says (to DavidW), "Honestly, yes, but if we're concerned about the consequences that's fair"
keltena says, "(I also figured it would probably just redirect us to yes/no)"
Lancelot says, "so one of the ancestors killed his son..."
DavidW says, "I suspect it's a magician's-choice question, and we'll be forced into a YES situation regardless."
Lancelot says, "we will see ... presumably there are more questions like this"
DavidW says (to ClubFloyd), "maybe"
CF ] Briefing Room | ||
CF | Do you agree that this was a noble act? >>
CF | > MAYBE | ||
CF | | ||
CF | Please answer yes or no.> | Lancelot says, "lol of course"
inventor chuckles. | ||
keltena says, "Hey, maybe this is just our interviewer's idea of an icebreaker."
keltena says, "I'd vote no, but I'm good with either answer"
catherine says, "presumably, no easter egg for 'yes or no'"
DavidW says, "Shall we say YES? Shame about the boyfriend, but if it stops the aliens from trashing Earth for a new space highway..."
Lancelot says, "sounds similar to that story about Sun Tzu and the Emperor's favorites"
DavidW says (to ClubFloyd), "yes"
CF ] Briefing Room | ||
CF | Please answer yes or no.>
CF | > YES | ||
CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "Alright," says the scientist, making a note of your reply. "Now, the
CF | second question. Another philosopher, Frederich Nietzsche, believed
CF | that in order for humanity to achieve its full potential, they needed
CF | to shake off the morality imposed upon them by their belief in God or
CF | the will of religious authorities and other corrupt authorities and
CF | become what he called 'supermen', men who made their own morality out
CF | of his idea that will to power was the only true meaning of life. That
CF | is, that those who made their mark on the world and became stronger
CF | than their peers were living life as it was meant to be. To this end,
CF | he felt that punishing those who submitted to authority or even
CF | killing corrupt members of society in the manner of a vigilante -
CF | things that human society has not traditionally condoned - were some
CF | of the better things a superman could do and that the traditional
CF | aversion to these acts was how the weak justified condemning the
CF | strong. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | Do you agree with this philosophy? >> | Lancelot asks, "the ubermensch idea?"
keltena asks, "I feel like as long as we're cooperating with our interviewer, we maybe shouldn't recommend they punish people who submit to authority?"
Lancelot says, "yeah because we are"
Jacqueline says, "I guess I'm on board with 'things that save Earth even if our boyfriend dies'"
Lancelot says, "the need of the many outweight the need of the few... or the one"
Knight_Otu says, "If this is in fact a sequel, I think our boyfriend is already dead."
keltena says, "oh, well, I suppose that simplifies matters"
DavidW asks, "Are we going with NO to the second question?"
Knight_Otu asks, "I guess?"
Lancelot says, "I would say NO but I am not a philosopher"
DavidW says, "(this is heavy stuff for the start of a game)"
DavidW says (to ClubFloyd), "no"
CF ] Briefing Room | ||
CF | Do you agree with this philosophy? >>
CF | > NO | ||
CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "Interesting," says the scientist, making a note of your reply. "Now,
CF | the third and final question. A Monian philosopher named - well, I
CF | suppose that won't translate - he wrote the following passage: 'In
CF | service to my tribe and my family I have done many things to other
CF | tribes and families that I would have exacted great vengeance upon
CF | another for if that had been done to my tribe and family. I have as
CF | well stopped those others from bringing their revenge upon myself, my
CF | tribe, and my family. I did all of this because there is no greater
CF | service for us than serving those closest to us. How else could we
CF | survive in the wilderness?
CF | | ||
CF | But I realized during my life's journey, that if serving those closest
CF | to us is a great service, is not serving ourselves just as great, if
CF | not greater? Why should one endure hardship purely because of
CF | another's hardship, or forgo pleasure simply because it is denied to
CF | another? Such a person should be a great fool I believe. I still work
CF | with and admire and adore my tribe and my family despite my
CF | realization, because all of these things continue to bring me pleasure
CF | and help me avoid hardship. If they did not, I would cast them aside
CF | and create something new that did these things.'
CF | | ||
CF | This philosopher's writings helped lay the foundation for modern
CF | Monian society's ethics. Do you agree with the views expressed in this
CF | passage? >> | Lancelot says, "ah one of THEIR philosophers lol"
Lancelot says, "the extreme selfishness lol"
Knight_Otu says, "Real, real, fictional. There's a TvTropes about that, for sure."
inventor says, "Interesting that Monian philosophy isn't too alien."
DavidW says, "I'm not quite sure what the 3rd question is asking, exactly."
Lancelot asks, "if we agree being selfish is best?"
Roger says, "they're very philosophically advanced, having invented trolleys thousands of years ago."
Jacqueline says (to Roger), "ha"
Jacqueline says, "I'm a No"
Knight_Otu says, "Yeah, no."
Lancelot says, "make that two"
keltena asks, "Do we agree that acting in one's own interest is as virtuous as acting in others' interest?"
Lancelot says, "three"
inventor says (to DavidW), "Basically, Monians believe it is correct and expected of an individual to sacrifice everyone for themselves, and then their immediate family is an afterthought, and everyone else is fuel for the fire."
DavidW says, "I don't see selfishness as a binary thing, though. You need to be a little bit selfish, but not entirely."
keltena says, "I'm a *shrug*, so happy to support the no votes"
inventor says, "As I'm reading it, at least."
DavidW says, "okay, no it is"
DavidW says (to ClubFloyd), "no"
CF ] Briefing Room | ||
CF | passage? >> | ||
CF | > NO | ||
CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "Very well," says the scientist, finishing up his record of the
CF | interview. "Proceed through the door that I'm opening now." The door
CF | in the western wall slides open. "The experiment will be continued in
CF | the next room." The scientist gets up and leaves, leaving you on your
CF | own. But you know they're watching.
CF | | ||
CF | > | keltena says (to DavidW), "Yeah, Y/N questions like this always give me the same problem"
Lancelot says, "it all depends... I am happy to help others but if I have a toothache... I care only myself lol"
inventor says (to DavidW), "agreed it isn't binary."
DavidW says (to ClubFloyd), "stand"

DavidW says (to ClubFloyd), "x jumpsuit"
CF ] Briefing Room | ||
CF | > | ||
CF | > X JUMPSUIT | ||
CF | | ||
CF | The only piece of clothing the Monians have given you during your
CF | entire stay here has been this bright green jumpsuit. It's relatively
CF | comfortable, you guess, and it never needs to be washed thanks to some
CF | kind of nanotechnology embedded in it.
CF | | ||
CF | > | keltena says, "Ah. Impressive, given how long we've been in captivity"
Roger says, "aww man now we gotta punch a Gorn"
DavidW says, "Nanos love to feast on human sweat."

DavidW says (to ClubFloyd), "w"

CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | Test Chamber | ||
CF | You've learned from experience that this room is actually a holodeck
CF | kind of thing. That's how they switch out of the furniture and add in
CF | so many ridiculous things... like you've been run through big mazes
CF | and obstacle courses in here plenty of times, things that would be
CF | awful to lay out by hand.
CF | | ||
CF | Today, it's been set up as just a big room, with an odd-looking table
CF | in the center of it. The table seats four, but has glass dividers
CF | -strange ones - set up between each seat.
CF | | ||
CF | And it looks like the other "guests" have already arrived, all of them
CF | wearing green jumpsuits identical to your own.
CF | | ||
CF | A white guy is seated in the spot to your left. He has brown hair - a
CF | mess - brown eyes, and a worried look.
CF | | ||
CF | A latina is seated across from you. She has dark hair with red
CF | highlights and she looks like she's about wet herself.
CF | | ||
CF | A black guy is seated in the spot to your right. He has very messy,
CF | unkempt hair - maybe he kept it short but the Monians don't let him
CF | cut it? He looks shaken.
CF | | ||
CF | As you enter the room, two orderlies grab you and drag you over the
CF | only empty chair left at the table and sit you down. One of the them
CF | applies the chair's restraint to keep you from getting up. Once that's
CF | done, he leaves and the other takes a position in the corner.
CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "Now all of you are gathered," says the scientist, over the
CF | loudspeaker. "Now you are going to play a game. A game in the sense of
CF | what you call game theory rather than something played for amusement.
CF | Each of you have been restrained to a chair. These chairs are equipped
CF | to deal electric shocks to their occupants. Now here are the rules of
CF | the game: the orderly is about to reveal a fresh-baked cookie." Indeed
CF | the orderly does just that.
CF | | ||
CF | Despite everything, you find yourself practically salivating at the
CF | thought and trembling at the smell... you wonder for a moment if its
CF | faked by the holograms somehow, but the orderly makes sure to pass it
CF | by the noses of you and your fellow subjects to assure you it's real.
CF | God... you haven't had anything like that in three-and-a-half years.
CF | Not that you've wanted for food during your time here, but sweets have
CF | consistently been well off the menu. You remind yourself that this has
CF | be for some nefarious reason, but maybe if it's not so bad...?
CF | | ||
CF | "He will place that cookie on a plate. As you can see form your seats,
CF | there are doors in the dividers sitting between you. These will allow
CF | you to push the plate toward the person to your left, but not the
CF | person to your right. The plate will start at Alice's seat, and every
CF | time it returns there, another fresh cookie will be added to the
CF | pile." | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "There is also a button at your stations, that you likely noticed.
CF | Pressing that button will let you eat every cookie currently on the
CF | plate. It will also deliver a fatal electric shock to your fellow
CF | subjects. Note that if the plate reaches Alice's station for the
CF | eleventh (11th) time, you will be given a painful but nonfatal - most
CF | likely nonfatal, I mean to say - electric shock anyway." At this, you
CF | and your fellow subjects exchange worried looks. You're pretty sure
CF | you wouldn't kill anyone - sure as hell not for a plate of cookies -
CF | and you hope that the others won't. At least it seems you'll be given
CF | a chance to talk. | Knight_Otu exclaims, "Halp!"
Jade says, "ok let's go and find how our answers change the story"
Lancelot asks, "oh left white, across latina, right black... this sounds pretty racial?"
Lancelot says, "my gosh su much text"
Roger says, "This is what happens when you don't accept cookies on a website, you monster"
Jade says, "10 blackies from Agatha Christie"
Lancelot says, "10 little black persons"
Roger says, "do we need to press the any key"
inventor asks, "Okay, so basically you have to follow Monian ethics to survive this, is what I'm gathering?"
inventor says, "There's no actual way to be cooperative during this."
Lancelot says, "this sounds like a kind of logic puzzle to me"
Jacqueline says, "I wouldn't necessarily say that race is part of it. It's a description of each person, that's all."
Jacqueline says, "I mean, if none of us take the cookies we all might live."
Lancelot says, "I dont think so either but it was the first thing it mentioned"
keltena says, "Well, everyone *most likely* survives if you all cooperate"
Jacqueline says (to Lancelot), "Well, along with hair and eyes, yeah."
keltena says, "Deaths are only guaranteed if anyone decides not to cooperate"
Jacqueline says, "..keltena"
Jacqueline says (to keltena), "Right"
Lancelot asks, "so we push left?"
Jacqueline says, "I wonder if we're done with our time here. Maybe it doesn't matter if we die."
Roger says, "accuse whitey of being a werewolf I mean hologram"
keltena asks, "We should probably push space or something first?"
DavidW asks, "So how do we start this? Do we try to chat or just push the plate?"
Jacqueline says, "I'm all for pushing the cookies until the end."
Lancelot asks, "seems there are not many options?"
keltena says, "I don't see a command prompt"
DavidW pushes the green 'space' button.
CF | a chance to talk. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "Now the orderly will place the cookie on a plate and place it at
CF | Alice's station. And now the game will begin." The orderly places the
CF | plate at your station.
CF | | ||
CF | There's a long moment of silence as you all look at each other, almost
CF | bracing for someone to end it right away. When that doesn't happen,
CF | the woman speaks up. "Um, let's introduce ourselves, I guess?" When
CF | the scientist doesn't object, she continues, "I'm Charlie. I guess
CF | you're Alice, so, uh... what are your guys" names?" she asks
CF | nervously. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "Josh," says the guy to your left, giving Charlie a suspicious look.
CF | | ||
CF | "My name's Micah," says the man to your right in a somewhat low voice.
CF | | ||
CF | "Uh, good to meet you guys, I guess," says Charlie shakily. "So I
CF | guess now... what are you going to do, Alice?" | Jacqueline says, "AIEEE MORE TEXT"
Roger says, "I'm already confused by how many people there are in total"
keltena says, "Four total."
Roger says, "oh we're Alice? Convenient"
Jacqueline says, "Again, I'd like to not kill anyone and don't necessarily care if we die, so I say push the cookies."
keltena says, "We're Alice, the other woman is Charlie"
Knight_Otu asks, "Four humans, two monians?"
Lancelot says, "yep four... Josh left, Micah right, Charlie across"
keltena says, "I think we still need to press space for more text"
DavidW pushes the green 'space' button.

CF | | ||
CF | "The first question, then," says the scientist, looking at the tablet
CF | in his hand. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | destroyed. | ||

CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | aversion to these acts was how the weak justified condemning the
CF | strong. | ||

CF ] Briefing Room | ||
CF | Do you agree with this philosophy? >>
CF | > NO | ||
CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | | ||

CF | Test Chamber | ||
CF | | ||
CF | Today, it's been set up as just a big room, with an odd-looking table
CF | in the center of it. The table seats four, but has glass dividers
CF | -strange ones - set up between each seat.
CF | | ||
CF | And it looks like the other "guests" have already arrived, all of them
CF | wearing green jumpsuits identical to your own.
CF | | ||
CF | A white guy is seated in the spot to your left. He has brown hair - a
CF | mess - brown eyes, and a worried look.
CF | | ||
CF | A latina is seated across from you. She has dark hair with red
CF | highlights and she looks like she's about wet herself.
CF | | ||
CF | A black guy is seated in the spot to your right. He has very messy,
CF | unkempt hair - maybe he kept it short but the Monians don't let him
CF | cut it? He looks shaken.
CF | | ||
CF | As you enter the room, two orderlies grab you and drag you over the
CF | only empty chair left at the table and sit you down. One of the them
CF | applies the chair's restraint to keep you from getting up. Once that's
CF | done, he leaves and the other takes a position in the corner.
CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "He will place that cookie on a plate. As you can see form your seats,
CF | there are doors in the dividers sitting between you. These will allow
CF | you to push the plate toward the person to your left, but not the
CF | person to your right. The plate will start at Alice's seat, and every
CF | time it returns there, another fresh cookie will be added to the
CF | pile." | ||
CF | | ||
| Lancelot says, "huh"
Lancelot says, "ah" | ||

CF | | ||
CF | "Now the orderly will place the cookie on a plate and place it at
CF | Alice's station. And now the game will begin." The orderly places the
CF | plate at your station.
CF | | ||
CF | There's a long moment of silence as you all look at each other, almost
CF | bracing for someone to end it right away. When that doesn't happen,
CF | the woman speaks up. "Um, let's introduce ourselves, I guess?" When
CF | the scientist doesn't object, she continues, "I'm Charlie. I guess
CF | you're Alice, so, uh... what are your guys" names?" she asks
CF | nervously. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | "Josh," says the guy to your left, giving Charlie a suspicious look.
CF | | ||
CF | "My name's Micah," says the man to your right in a somewhat low voice.

CF | Test Chamber (on the electric chair)
CF | You've learned from experience that this room is actually a holodeck
CF | kind of thing. That's how they switch out of the furniture and add in
CF | so many ridiculous things... like you've been run through big mazes
CF | and obstacle courses in here plenty of times, things that would be
CF | awful to lay out by hand.
CF | | ||
CF | Today, it's been set up as just a big room, with an odd-looking table
CF | in the center of it. The table seats four, but has glass dividers
CF | -strange ones - set up between each seat.
CF | | ||
CF | On Charlie's station is a plate (on which are ten cookies).
CF | | ||
CF | Josh sits to your left. He's developed a cynical look in his eye.
CF | | ||
CF | Charlie sits across from you. She looks nervous, but who wouldn't?
CF | | ||
CF | Micah sits to your right. He looks very uncertain.
CF | | ||
CF | Charlies pushes the plate over to Micah's station.

CF | Time passes. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | Micah pushes the plate over to your station.
CF | | ||
CF | The orderly comes forward to add another cookie.
CF | "I see you have chosen to not eliminate any of your fellow subjects,"
CF | says the scientist. "You knew the rules. Now you will know pain."
CF | | ||
CF | As promised, you receive a huge electric shock from the chair. It
CF | hurts. A lot. More than anything you felt since you were brought here.
CF | And you've been the subjects of several biopsies and probings too.
CF | After several minutes - way too long - you pass into blissful
CF | unconsciousness. | ||
CF | | ||
CF | You wake up in your bed in your cell. Your eyes swim. You can barely
CF | think straight. Your skin still tingles with pins and needles. And you
CF | smile, because you beat them.

CF | > | Knight_Otu says, "One left."
Lancelot says, "thats it"
Knight_Otu exclaims, "Oh hey!"
keltena says, "\o/" | ||
keltena says, "Huzzah."
DavidW says, "hurray!"
inventor says, "Oh my gawd this was actually a possible ending."
Jacqueline says, "hey hey yay us"
inventor exclaims, "Round of applause, all!"
Lancelot asks, "makes me wonder how many endings are there... but what would be the point of repeating this?"
Knight_Otu says, "I'm kind of surprised that this ending exists."
inventor says, "I was pretty sure that the game was set up to make one of the NPCs turn on the player at the last moment."
Roger says, "we 'won', but at what cost?? No cookies, that's what"
Lancelot asks, "I expected Micah to do something but maybe each opponent is tied to one question?"
keltena says (to Roger), "Truly, a game about tough choices :("
Roger says, "okay let's see the kill em all ending"
Lancelot asks, "wait if we had 11 then we would get the cookies? or no cookies?"
keltena asks, "Yeah, my best guess is that each of them has interaction based on your answers?"
keltena asks, "Do we want to restart and try different choices, or no?"
Jade says, "an interesting game, of course"
Knight_Otu says, "I wonder if Micah would do something if we lied about the boyfriend question, but not enough for a replay on my part."
Lancelot says, "no it is very repetitive IMHO"
keltena says (to Knight_Otu), "I'm guessing either that, or if we answered yes to the Monian philosophy thing? Dunno"
DavidW says, "I think I'm done with this game for now. Lying with Josh is an option too."
keltena asks, "Should we open up another, then?"
inventor says (to Lancelot), "Agreed. Seems to be trying to aim for replayability, Twine-style, but reaching a single ending is a bit rough."
Jacqueline says, "I mean, that was somehow an hour and a half."
Lancelot asks, "we started late?"
Jacqueline says, "I mean, we chatted a bit, I guess."
Jacqueline says, "But a lot of us were here early."
Lancelot says, "ah I should show up earlier lol"
Knight_Otu says, "For that matter, why aren't the Monians just watching the earth? Must be less resource-intensive than this whole thing."
Jacqueline says, "nah - we're usually all pretty much barely on time. Today was weird."
Lancelot says, "and saves on cookies"
inventor says (to Knight_Otu), "yeahhhhh"
Knight_Otu says, "(Yes, I know, it't for the evuls)"
keltena says (to Knight_Otu), "I figured the game show format was more popular with Monian audiences"
Jade says, "cookie game"
Lancelot asks, "oh DavidW before I forget to ask... do you update walkthroughts or leave the first one?"
Knight_Otu asks (of keltena), "So we're their Big Brother equivalent?"
keltena says (to Knight_Otu), "Something like that, I assume"
inventor says, "Okay so while it's an element that only digs into me because of my personal life experiences, I did really like how the NPC convos would cause them to decide if they should kill everyone else or not."
inventor says, "That was a very good detail."
keltena says, "Yeah, that was nice"
Knight_Otu says, "I want to say it could have been ...more, but at the same time I'd rather not have more torture."
DavidW says (to Lancelot), "I try to update walkthroughs when I have the time. I have a recent email about my Hadean Lands walkthrough, and I feel really tired about reopening that game just to check one little thing."
keltena says, "...Does Charlie kill you for (allegedly) not having a boyfriend, I wonder? :|a"
Lancelot says, "it was a bit too binary imho... 8 options if one considers all combis but in practice less"
DavidW says, "Your game's walkthrough should be easy to update, though."
Lancelot says, "ah cool... looks like AP approved my update so now IFArchive has the comp edition"
Lancelot says, "but if you want some secret sauce I can send you that pater"
Lancelot says, "later"
inventor says, "Oof, I gotta bounce, all..."
DavidW says, "I can download from IF Archive, sure. I'll make a mental note."
keltena (to inventor) waves
inventor exclaims, "This was really cool to attend!"
inventor exclaims, "Great seeing everyone again!"
inventor waves! | ||
Knight_Otu waves back!
inventor exclaims, "Lemme know how the next game goes...!"
Lancelot says, "can I send you a version 2? it will be identical to the comp version but with commentary inclued, I'd like to have your expert opinion"
DavidW says, "sure" | ||
Lancelot says, "I asked Pinkunz too but I think he's kinda busy lately"
inventor waves excitedly with a grin, as they fall backward into their home's engineered wormhole!
inventor has disconnected. | Lancelot says, "its like a 'theatre' version forgot how it was called"
DavidW says, "I'm no expert on Conan, though. Only IF playing."
Lancelot says, "oh the commentary is more about wher I got ideas from and mechanics and stuff"
Lancelot says, "and about the extra things I put in but few poeple noticed lol"
Lancelot says, "cool beans ill make a note"
Lancelot says, "thx" | ||
DavidW says, "well, there's always going to be hidden bits in games that few people ever see. It's part of what IF is."
